By fine-tuning the servo parameters (conveying speed, pressing pressure), it can be compatible with non-woven fabrics of different grammages (deviation ±5g/㎡) and water-absorbing resins of different water absorption ratios (deviation ±10%), and can cope with fluctuations in raw material quality without equipment modification. Even in areas with tight raw material supply, alternative raw materials can be flexibly selected to avoid production disruptions.
